It’s just one week until this year’s Show which means it’s time to introduce the President for 2025 Mr Andrew Fane.

Andrew came to Suffolk as a boy in 1956 to a farm in Tattingstone that he still owns and farms. His home has been at Hoo House since 1966 where he took over the farming from his father in 1982. He has also worked in London, but farming has always been his passion along with conservation of the countryside and landscape. He was the chairman of Governors at Framlingham College and is currently the chairman of the Suffolk Punch Trust at Hollesley.

You have until 6pm on Friday 2nd May to get your pre-entries in. Any entries received after that time (online or on the day) will be subject to a £2 late entry fee! We will be accepting both cash and card for entries on the day.

A quick reminder that many of the classes this year serve as qualifiers for The 2025 Sunshine Tour, including Classes 70 & 71 – Family Pony / Riding Club Horse.

Just a reminder that we’ll have two dressage tests running throughout the day. Times can be adjusted to fit around other classes. You can enter online now and arrange your dressage time on the day with the dressage Steward.

All of these are qualifiers for Equifest and The Sunshine Tour so get your entries in now.

If entries do not pick up we may have to consider cancelling these classes in future.

A reminder that the winners of classes 40, 41, 42, 43, 45, 46 & 47 are eligible for entry into the Supreme Championship for Ridden Hunters, Riding Horses, Cobs and Retrained Racehorses.
The winner will take home £100 and be presented with The Kilcarna Brilliant Cup.
